Hope everyone likes the new stuff on the servers.

New features:
- pass the flag
- authkeys merged from nopnotme's "va|VoxelArmy" and created for all members
- ban command fix
- reloadable configuration without restart
- automatic authkey adding
- upclose/longshot kill
- new hulk mode
- brand new auto sent maps to play insta on
- multikill messages "double, tripple, quadruple"
- mobile (iOS/Android/Web) admin
- autoauth host antiban

Yes #teampersist 1 turns it on and #teampersist 0 turns it off. Should be working well, if not I will improve it. :)

Perhaps a suggestion:

Some sort of "clan war" command (#cw 1 to turn it on, #cw 0 to turn it off) which should:

- make it so that the teams are automatically persistent,
- enable a count down timer before the game starts,
- disable spectator comms with player Comms in game? (I don't know if this is worthwhile) but feel free to add whatever's relevant.

For #cw command

Can easily do:
- team persist
- mute/disable commands of spectators

May be hard:
- countdown timer

Another suggestion here

- A hide'n'seek command (#hidenseek). In case any of us just wanted to have fun, then we could play a classic old game, Hide'n'Seek :D
- A Tactics CTF command (#tacticsctf). I heard that FD players use to have this mode and it seems really interesting to play Tactics CTF.

So I added the #cw <mode> <map> command.

It starts a clanwar on the specified mode/map and then starts a timer (the timer is longer if there are more people connected). When the clanwar begins after the timer, persistent teams are enabled and a good luck message is outputted. When the master mode is locked and a clanwar and duel is in progress, clients that connect will be notified there is a duel.
